Redeeming Points:

Account Suspension & Termination:

Forfeiture of Points: If your account is terminated, all points and rewards will be forfeited.

For users aged 13 to 18, parental or guardian consent is required. Parents/Guardians must agree to these Terms and provide consent for the processing of the minor’s data.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
Dispute Resolution:
Class Action Waiver: Users waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits related to the AdvitCare Rewards Program.

AdvitCare is not responsible for any loss of points or rewards due to user errors, unauthorized access, or account breaches caused by user negligence.
