Wire Transfers & Western Union Payouts

As part of our 2025 Update, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to receive your hard-earned rewards. We offer two more convenient and secure methods for receiving your payouts outside of the gift-card variety: Wire Transfer and Western Union Payouts. Below, you'll find detailed information on what you need to provide for each method to ensure a smooth and timely payment.
1. Wire Transfers

A wire transfer is a quick and reliable way to send funds electronically to your bank account. This method is ideal for those who prefer to have their funds deposited directly into their bank account.

To qualify for a wire transfer payout, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Have your Rewards account for at least 2 weeks.

  • Have a payout limit of 3000 or more points.

  • Have 0 flags on their rewards program account.

  • Have made at least 1 payout request.

To receive a payment via wire transfer, you must feel comfortable to provide us with the following details:

  • Bank Name: The full, official name of your financial institution. (PLEASE NOTE: Credit Unions are not accepted)

  • Bank Address: The complete physical address of your bank branch. This helps ensure the funds are routed to the correct location.

  • Account Holder Name: The full legal name of the person who owns the bank account. This name must match the name on the account precisely to prevent any payment delays.

  • Account Number: Your complete bank account number. Double-check this number to ensure it is 100% accurate. An incorrect number can cause significant delays or lead to funds being sent to the wrong account.

  • Routing Number (ABA): For transfers within the United States, we require the 9-digit ABA (American Bankers Association) routing number. This unique number identifies your specific bank.

  • SWIFT/BIC Code: If you are receiving an international wire transfer, we will need your bank's SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication) or BIC (Bank Identifier Code). This is a globally recognized code that identifies your bank for international payments. Please ensure you provide the correct code for international transfers.

Important Notes on Wire Transfers:

  • Processing Time: While wire transfers are fast, they are not instantaneous. Payments typically take between 3-7 business days to process and arrive in your account, depending on your bank and location.

  • Fees: Some banks may charge a small fee for receiving a wire transfer. Any such fees would be deducted directly by your bank from the total amount of the payment. We try to cover any fees that is less than 10USD.

  • We will require a form of identification when applying for wire transfer payouts.

2. Western Union Payouts

Western Union is a convenient service that allows you to receive cash payments at thousands of agent locations worldwide. This method is an excellent option if you need to access your funds in without a bank account.

To qualify for a wire transfer payout, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Have your Rewards account for at least 2 weeks.

  • Have a payout limit of 5000 or more points.

  • Have 0 flags on their rewards program account.

  • Have made at least 1 payout request.

To receive a payment via Western Union, you must feel comfortable to provide us with the following details:

  • Recipient's Full Name: Your full legal name, exactly as it appears on your government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport, driver's license, national ID card). This is crucial. If the name provided does not match your ID, you will be unable to collect the payout.

  • City and State/Country: The city, state, and country where you plan to pick up the funds. This helps Western Union direct the transfer to your preferred geographic area.

Important Notes on Western Union Payouts:

  • Availability: Funds are typically available for pickup within minutes of the transfer being sent, though this can vary by location and time of day.

  • Security: Never share your MTCN with anyone except the Western Union agent. The MTCN, along with the sender and recipient's name, is what is used to claim the payout.
